Part of the reason for the traffic stop was the witnessed transfer of what appeared to be marijuana from Chief’s passenger to another person in the vehicle following him. A search of the vehicles turned up marijuana in both vehicle and ended with four other people being charged with marijuana possession. Chief was suspected of drugged driving due to his bloodshot eyes and dry mouth. According to the police report, Chief Keef stated “It’s okay. When you find weed in my urine I’ll just get my attorney to get my marijuana card.” The police also found a cup of the Purple Drank or sizzurp, a cocaine drink that Lil Wayne made famous in his rap videos.
